Your Responsibilities

As the Business Development Manager at Vista you will play a pivotal role in the continued growth and success of our organization, maintaining our reputation as the Global leader in private aviation. Reporting directly to the Vice President of PreSales & Direct, you will be working directly with Sales Consultants, driving their performance to meet and exceed sales goals. You will also be a key contributor to the development and execution of sales strategies, fostering a culture of excellence.


Sales Team Development

  • Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and training Sales Consultants.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance sales team culture.

 Sales Strategy and Planning:

  • Collaborate with the Sales Leadership to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Identify market trends, opportunities, and threats to adjust the sales approach accordingly.
  • Develop and implement sales plans and forecasting.

Sales Process Optimization:

  • Continuously improve the sales process to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Monitor and report on sales metrics and KPIs.

 Product Knowledge and Training:

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors and product knowledge.
  • Provide ongoing training and development to Sales Consultants to enhance their product knowledge and selling skills.

 

Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven track record in sales, including experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
  • Ability to motivate and lead a high-performing sales team.
  • Exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
